“I pre-ordered this on the 27th when it said I can pick it up on Oct 16th, with all the new dates being shown when to pick up, am i guaranteed to pick it up on October 16th when it showed originally when I pre ordered it?”

On your Best Buy app you should have a little window with your preorder. Clicking that will let you know if it’s being prepared for pick up or shipping with the estimated date.
