Probably. That's more of a software/Windows limitation if anything.

Please try again later.If the Microsd is of large enough capacity you can save the game and transfer it to another device but the majority of games will not be playable if stored directly on the Microsd card. Newer games require fast data transfer which is something Microsd cards cannot do. However saving the game just to transfer it should be feasible.
