• Xbox games in description say plays anywhere or look at the xbox list online then you can download said game to it if not you will have to cloud game titles that dont

• Only the PC side of games through xbox. Not your current xbox library

• Yes you will be able to play games from your Xbox library natively as long as they are xbox play anywhere titles. In addition you will be able to play games from other stores like Steam and GOG.

• If you can run the games offline on your desktop, then the answer is yes. The Rog Xbox ally is just a portable computer with Xbox interphase integrated
