• A:Answer Hello, This model does come with a voice remote but the voice feature only works while holding the button down. As long as you don’t press the voice button it won’t be listening.

• A:Answer I would say that the screen is not glossy like glass and that is has a slight matte finish which is what I prefer. Some time ago I had a flat panel TV that had a very shiny finish (like glass) and it picked up too many reflections from light sources in my living room.
