• Hello Scott! The 2022 Roku Express includes a USB power cable minus the power adapter. You can use the included USB power cable to connect your streaming player to the USB port on your TV, which should provide sufficient power. • it's supposed to. i have mine powered from the edison with the power block that came with the unit, but it does say that the TV should be able to power the unit.

• You need to plug in the USB cable to power the Roku Express. The HDMI cable must also connect the device to your TV.
