“Do any Roku devices allow you to go from say channel 3 to channel 1350 without rolling through the entire channel guide? I cant do that with my Roku Express”

If you have a Roku Voice Remote (Sold separately), you can press the microphone button in the Live TV guide and say "Channel 1350." It will jump to that channel upon releasing the button. If you do not have a Roku Voice Remote, you add channels to your Favorites. Favoring 10 to 20 channels makes navigation easier and quicker than scrolling through 350+ channels.
