If you have it plugged into your TV as the power source sometimes it will do that because it can consider that a weak power source. I had that problem until I plugged it into a wall adapter. Good luck, Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check for updates. Check connection. Switch to a different input on tv. Also can try to reset to resolve the issue. Hook it up to a different television see if the problem persist.
