“Does the Roku Express remote work with a Roku Ultra system?”

• Hello Katie, you can use the express remote with the Ultra as it does accept IR but the express doesn’t have power or volume on the remote. It also doesn’t have the headphone Jack or personalized buttons. You’d be loosing out on several features by going this route. I do recommend purchasing the voice remote or voice remote pro if you’re in need of a new remote. You can also always use your phone as the remote with the Roku app as long as both your phone and tv are on the same internet.
