Will this work with a tv that is not a smart tv? null

Yes, we bought a couple of these to turn our old not-so-smart TVs into smart TVs. As long as the old TV has an HDMI port, it should work...

A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT ! THIS IS THE FIRST ROKU I HAVE PURCHASED THAT DID NOT COME WITH A POWER ADAPTER' THE COST OF ONE IS $10. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER TV.
