The Roku 3 used an HDMI connection for video output. As long as your TV has an HDMI input it will work properly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Roku 3 will not work on older TVs that do not have an HDMI port, as it is the only output that the device has. However, the Roku LT does support older TVs that have A/V cable jacks, which would be the red, white, and yellow plugins.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Roku 3 only uses an HDMI output so if you have the older red white and yellow cables, or coaxial cable then this version will not work. The Roku LT or any Roku 1 versions will work.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can use it with your old tv. Just get the RCA/composite cable. That have the red, yellow, ando white ends that you connect the Roku and the TV together. All the features won't work like the wireless headphones but you will be able to watch shows.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Should work. I have mine setup to an older TV. If your TV doesn't take RCA cables, then a converter box might be needed.
