• It is HDMI out so if your computer has software to view process HDMI input then yes but most laptops and computer are HDMI out not in.

• Works great on my Sony Viao, my Samsung Tablets(plural), my Samsung note4 phone and, of course my Samsung and LG tvs. By the way, both tvs are on an antenna NOT cable or satellite.

• No. It plugs into your TV to stream video. You could watch it on a PC monitor with HDMI input. You can use something like Plex to stream movies from your computer.

• Well it has a HDMI out. It is designed to work with a TV. Not really seeing how would work with a computer. Also your computer should have access to all the streaming services and more than the ROKU.
