Sounds like your wifi signal is not strong enough. Try hard wiring it. If that takes care of it your good. If you still want wifi, upgrade to a wifi mesh. I bought the NetGear Orbi. No more wifi problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I replaced the ROKU w/ a new ROKU (ROKU Premiere Plus)....problem solved (hardware issue). And this is a common problem w ROKU, and seems they don't own up to it online, pass the buck.
