“As new Apps come out, can you download and install those Apps on this Roku, or can you only use the Apps that are pre-installed on the Roku? If the answer is No, only can use pre-installed Apps, how can I find out a complete list of Pre-installed ones?”

Roku updates their apps. As new ones are added, you can find them in the streaming app section and add them to your app list.

You can install new apps as they come out. Roku lets you be very flexible with what you put on your device.
