Why can i not order this online null

This version of the ROKU might be discontinued. Although Best Buy was selling during Black/Cyber week, they do appear on the Roku site

Not at all sure. I ordered it online and it was shipped in good time.

Probably because they were on sale for half off and were snatched up quickly.
