Your Roku will pick up any available WiFi signal, so the trucks top Internet shouldn't be an issue. The Roku has a small of amount of local storage, and once you exceed that it has to reload some apps when you want to use them. Usually this will happen with apps which are not used as often as others. You can bypass this issue by installing and SD card (micro SD to be exact.)

The device should work over any internet connection as long as you have good enough connection. The faster the connection, the higher the quality the video you can watch.
