• No. If you have wireless internet, it should work throughout your house. I have Roku on 3 tvs in my house and it works perfectly fine with the internet I have. No separate routers

• I have one router and 4 tv's with each tv using it's own Roku. Works just fine for me . Need a fast WiFi connection, that would help.

• Mosy routers can support at least 5 or more devices wirelessly. See specific details aboit your router. If rented from an isp, should be good to go. They all provide routers capable of 5 or more connections. You can have 10 devices that use the router. Just at leasy 5 musy be off when not in use.
