• Yes, the Roku has its own wifi capabilities. You just have to go to the HDMI that the Roku is connected to view through the Roku

• Yes. It will give you more apps that you can download. It'll plug into your HDMI port. The smart TVs have some apps but the Roku was one of the first to come out so they have so many more apps!
