“I've seen some reviews mention that this product gets warm. Is there an on/off switch with it? Has anyone experienced heat issues and does it concern them? Thanks.”

Yes this product does get warm. There is no on/off switch, however I found that if you have an USB port on your TV you can plug the power cord into that and it will act as an on/off switch when you turn the TV on and off.
