“My roku remote with voice will no longer even turn on the tv. A message appears when I hit the little reset button it brings up a picture of where you pull out tab, click on house symbol and has a picture of a scan. Is remote shot?”

• Try taking the batteries out and then re-inserting them while near the TV. That works for me, though I don't get the screen you described.
