how do i hook up the roku to my t.v. from my computer? null

I assume you mean setting up an account the Roku itself plugs into the HDMI input in the back of your receiver or TV. After that simply set up a ROKU account and register the device from their, you can then select Apps online or through the Roku. There are several free services that are worth checking out including PBS, Shout Factory and several others. Enjoy!

The Roku would just plug into the back of your tv and you don't need the computer other than to maybe register the Roku with one of the offerings of channels, such as Hulu.

It's an HDMI connection into the TV. It doesn't connect directly to your computer.

One end is a USB and plugs into your computer. The other end plugs into the HDMI on your TV.

I had a HDMI port on my TV for the Roku stick, and used my WiFi for connection to the computer (can watch on computer as well as TV).

The Roku is a stand alone product. It doesn't interact with your computer. A Chromecast might work better for you.

It goes into the HDMI port in the actual tv
