If you go to setting and enable mirror cast beta it should let you. look up a video tutorial on youtube as well. I have screen mirrored my phone no problem.

Check the Channels available from Roku: Roku Channel Store: https://channelstore.roku.com/ There are also third party channels which may support the channels that you are interested in. A search engine should be helpful for this.
