I just did this at a hotel. The roku created a wifi that I used my phone to connect to. I then was able to perform the necessary tasks the hotel required. It was then connected

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you scan for networks and you recognize the hotel's Wi-Fi network, connect to it. The device will then ask you if you using it at home or in a dorm or hotel. When you answered "dorm or hotel", you should be able to connect to it. If not you might have to call the front desk of the hotel and ask for help. Ask the front desk if Wi-Fi service is available at the hotel.
