What is the difference between a roku stick & roku console? null

The difference I can see is in gaming, memory expansion for gaming, selection response with remote entry is better on the console vs stick.
Advantage stick goes to the hidden factor.
Both work great, haven't had any issues with either the stock or console version. No advantage to what is our isn't avaliable on the channel selection.

The Roku console costs more and therefore has more features - such as searching by voice.

There are several style of Roku and they had a comparison chart online and I found it helpful in making our decision. The stick loads a bit slower they stated but it loads plenty fast for us

The difference between the Roku Stick and the Roku Console are that the console is faster at processing/getting to channels and the newest console comes with a voice control and plug in headphones for private listening.

Not much. The sales guys told me the console was faster at processing/getting to channels but I wouldn't really describe the stick as slow. The newest console has voice control & can plug headphones into remote for private listening. If that doesn't matter the stick will do fine.
