• Locate your serial number and do a search. If you have a smartphone, there may be an remote control app. If all else fails, call Best Buy.

• I got the Roku app for my Android phone on Google play and it works much better than the Roku remote. I don't know about any other replacement remote but I would try the store at Roku.com.
