“I only used Roku a few times and now my TV will not pick up a signal from device. I checked power source - working. I checked both HDMI inputs on tv - both working. Roku stick light is on. I tried hitting reset, Home button, power on/off. Options?”

Is your Roku stick new or an older version? Has it been exposed to extreme heat or cold, as it sounds like you may need a new one, even if you have only used it a few times. I'm not a professional, but have have 3 Roku sticks for my older TV's and have recently purchased one new Roku stick and am thankful I did. It works better than ever!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.TV needs to point to it. Go to Sources and select the source that the ROKU is on. Usually its #2 as #1 is cable or blue ray player. Once you select it then turn the ROKU on.
