I am no expert on this but I highly doubt that your Roku Streaming Stick will work overseas. I don't believe services like Netflix and Amazon are available overseas just yet and additionally they don't have the selection of channels overseas that we have here so I'm not sure what you would be trying to watch. I would see if I could pick up something locally in whichever country I happen to be in. Or you could just call Roku and ask them if it works overseas. Good luck and happy trails to you!

Both my husband and I can find favorite shows to watch. He likes mostly sports and western movies, but he also likes nature shows and especially race cars of any sort. I like good, clean family type movies, prophecy, history, and animal shows...oh, yes, and good 50's music. All of that and much, much more is waiting for you to try Roku, or one of the other providers. Visit Best Buy, they can set you up just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, since it uses the internet to access the content and cable providers I see no reason it would not work. I do think bandwidth is certainly a consideration and possible restriction by the countries filtering policies.
