“I have an older tv with out a USB port. Is there an HDMI adapter for the Roku stick? I’d like to avoid the premiere, because the tv is wall mounted & I don’t want to mess with the wires.”

You do not need a usb port, only a hdmi port. The stick has a usb port.

The Roku streaming stock is HDMI. It's powered by either USB port on the TV or an included AC wall adapter using the same USB cable.

YOU CANNOT USE THE STICK. ROKU MAKES A EXPRESS PLUS THAT INSTALLS THRU RCA INPUT JACKS ON OLDER TV'S

The Roku that I purchased does not plug into a USB port, it has a HDMI connection. If you decide to buy, go to the store and read the Roku box and ask a sales associate to make sure. Most of Best Buys sales associates are very knowledgeable.

The Roku Streaming Stick needs a power source. The Roku Stick plugs into the HDMI port on the TV. The Stick has a Micro USB port where the supplied micro USB plugs into. If your TV doesn’t have a USB port, then you would have to plug it into a power adapter.
