• I don't think it matters that your set is not a 4K. I don't think mine is a 4K either. I think that as long as your TV has more than 2 HDMI ports and HDMI input selections on the TV remote, the Roku Streaming Stick will work just fine with your Vizio TV.

• Yes. You just need hdmi and potentially a UCB port to power the device. TV does not need to be 4K even if you have a 4K roku model.
