It will have a high quality picture but your tv must have a usb port, and you will need internet with a good quality wifi router if the building does not already have wifi.

The facility does have WiFi, however his Panasonic TV does not have a USB port (it does have HDMI ports), but I believe the supplied power cord coming off the stick can also be plugged into an 110v recepticle - actually Roku recommends this method over the USB connection. I have ordered the Roku SS+ and we'll see how it works . . .
