You need to get your original TV remote and choose the input your cable providers set top box is plugged into. Look for an "input" button on your original TV remote. Just cycle through the choices until you see live TV. You may have to try each input.. HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3, Video 1, Video 2, etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You would have to use your Visio remote and press the input button to change back to cable. My Roku is plugged into the HDMI 2 on my tv. That is what input I used for that. Your tv cable is using another input. Try and choose different ones to find it.
