The short answer would be no. The only way to get local stations would be over-the-air using your television's tuner and an antenna, or via a cable or satellite service. Now, there are apps that may display a local channel's news programming. There are other apps that may show some of your smaller local TV channels, but not the network stations. More like the MeTV versions of stations.
