A:Answerfor me the buffering was not present. It is pretty fast and I like the remote allows me to plug my headphones, our use my phone and send bluetooth signal to my wireless speakers or headphones, I wish this last feature could be done without the phone.
A:AnswerSammy, Roku in general doesn't support web browsing because of security flaws. Roku does support screen sharing and Apple Air Play. This would allow you to view your Twitter page on your TV if that is what you desire. This work around makes it a lot easier to navigate as well. The traditional Roku remote isn't built for browsing
A:AnswerYou will just connect your new Roku Ultra to your TV via included HDMI cable. After that you can just follow the directions on the TV screen. This link will give you some more Roku basic information. https://www.roku.com/how-it-works
Once everything is setup you can download Disney+ if it isn't already on your home screen
A:AnswerHi, SkipF! Roku devices don't have built-in recording capabilities, but you can record on Roku through several streaming channels. While no Roku devices have digital video recorder (DVR) features or built-in storage, a number of Roku streaming channels do offer "cloud DVR" services, which means you can record movies and TV shows, store the content online, and watch them on-demand — in many cases, even programming from live television. Channels like YouTube TV, Sling TV, and Hulu with Live TV let you record live network television and watch it later, just like a DVR. All of these are premium Roku channels which require an additional subscription. YouTube TV costs $50 per month, and includes unlimited storage space for recordings. Sling offers a number of subscription plans, from 30 channels for $15 per month, to 50 channels for $25 per month. For an additional $5, you can add a DVR-like recording option to record up to 50 hours of content for later playback. Fubo TV is sports-focused service delivers over 100 channels of live local, national and international sports programming for $55 per month. Included in that price is 30 hours of DVR recording, but you can upgrade to 500 hours of recording for another $10 per month. Hulu with Live TV offers about 80 channels, including local programming, for $45 per month. It includes 50 hours of recording storage, which you can increase to 200 hours for an additional $10 per month. AT&T TV Formerly known as DirecTV Now, the service includes several options, from 45 channels for $50 per month to more than 60 channels for $70. Every subscription includes 20 hours of recording. Philo TV Offering 58 channels of cable TV (including AMC, A&E, BET, Comedy Central, Discovery, and HGTV), Philo is among the more affordable options at $20 per month, and includes unlimited recording.
A:AnswerMaybe try resetting it by sticking a toothpick in the little pinhole found on the actual black portion of the Roku. I had my two Roku’s for 12 years and just finally upgraded them in 2022. Hope that helps.
A:AnswerHi ! Some Roku players provide access to a micro SD card slot. Adding a micro SD card allows you to expand the amount of internal memory available for installing channels and games from the Roku Channel Store. As you add more channels, you may see a screen suggesting that you add a micro SD card. While not required, adding a micro SD card to your Roku player allows your channels and games to load faster. The micro SD card is located under the HDMI port on most Roku players that have micro SD card support. To install a micro SD card insert the micro SD card into the back of the Roku player. You may hear a click as it locks into place. If you wish to remove the card, push the card in again and it will release and eject. Please note you may have to remove the HDMI cable from the back of the Roku player in order to access the micro SD card slot. Reinsert the HDMI cable back into the Roku player once you have inserted the micro SD card.

A:AnswerHi BHFL! Yes you can download the YouTube app on Roku devices! If you are ever curious about what channels are available on Roku you can always follow this link to the channel store and search for Channels. https://channelstore.roku.com/browse
A:AnswerHi, Rick! Your Roku Ultra 2020 will support FLAC at 24 bit 192Khz when using a flash drive or Hard Drive plugged into the USB port. We recommend reaching out to Amazon Music Support to determine playback resolution with the Amazon Music channel on Roku. Currently Amazon Music does not list the playback resolution for Amazon Music HD or Amazon Music UHD when used on a Roku device.
A:AnswerNo. Voice control only searches for shows and switches channels in the roku and it can change the volume. You have to press a button each time you use the voice command anyway.
A:AnswerHi Ron! Simply plug your Roku Ultra into your TV's HDMI port, connect it to your home Wi-Fi network and follow the easy setup instructions on your TV screen. If your surround sound is already working with your TV currently, Roku wont interfere with that. Whatever is on your TV will continue to play through your surround sound system.
