QuestionI have an old model TV that has All connects (HDMI ,Ethernet and USB) but my Spectrum Internet/wifi modem only has USB can I still use the Roku-Ultra.

- Answer The Roku hooks up to your tv if you do not have a receiver. You do not hook the spectrum modem up to it. You connect it using your Wi-Fi network.

- Answer Hi Karen! Yes. YouTube TV, Discovery Plus, and Apple TV are supported and they are available to download in the Roku Channel Store. QuestionI have 4 HDMI ports on my tv. One for the STB, one for ARC, one for MHL, and one appearing to be generic. The ROKU quick set up guide says tv must be HDCP 2.2 compatible. Will this ROKU device work with my TV?

- Answer I would check your owners manual or look up the product. Most newer TVs are compatible. I have this connected to my 77" LG Tv that is new and the specifications say it's compatible even though you may noew see that at the connection. I plugged this into the regular HDMI port and it works great.

QuestionI see where 1 Roku does NOT support multiple TV's - Can you "mix and match" so to speak the type of Roku units for the different TV's or do the have to be the same type?

- Answer I have Roku ultra on main tv and recently bought Roku premiere for bedroom tv and it works great but you need to buy some type of device for each tv. Probably best to stay with same manufacturer so you have same streaming channel options on each tv plus remotes and menus are same.

QuestionHave a samsung smart tv. bought the roku sound bar. tv now turns itself off and on. took soundbar off. put old ROKU 4 back on. Now says "gaming only" and cannot get voice off old remote. ... If I buy this ROKU and start fresh, will it work????

- Answer I am not an audio expert, however maybe there was an incompatibility with the soundbar and the TV? You might also want to check your Roku settings. We love this Roku and it does have voice remote capability. Of course it is like any voice command, Siri, for example that tries to call "Fred" when you want to call "Ed". I don't use the voice command unless I am clueless as to which app has a certain program that I might want to watch.
