• Would have to get an antenna. the Ruko Has most of the locals with it. especially if you add PlayStaion Vue. Very worth the 40$

• Not unless the network channels come thru an internet app like CBS. You have to pay for these channels to my knowledge. I don't know how an over-the-air antenna could be connected to the Roku.
