• If it's like other Roku streamers, I would say no to Dolby Vision support but yes to Atmos audio, most likely from DD+ pass-through to your home theater receiver.

• I'm not sure about Dolby Atmos, and DTX, but I've read it supports HDR10, but not Dolby Vision.
