• I don't see why not. I did have a small issue with the ROKU headphone jack pin not being centered in the remote.

• You can. The tradeoff is that it drains the battery on the remote pretty quickly. My batteries were dead with around 24 hours of TV viewing.

• Yes, you can connect the headphone port output to the 3.5 mm input on a portable speaker.
