I was able to rid of the problem by turning the volume leveling setting off.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i have had the same problem. while I have seen that various adjustments can be made through the settings on the tv as well as on the roku, I have read that simply unplugging the roku for 10 minutes will clear the cache. worked for me.
