If you are still having troubles try doing a reset of the earbuds in the charging case. You can perform a reset by pressing down on each earbud while it's in the charging case until each earbud blinks white twice. Please note you'll have to re pair the earbuds to your device after performing a reset.

Then I D activated earbuds by going to the Bluetoothsetting on my iPhone And selected the ROWKIN forget this device. I then removed earbuds from charger and iPhone soon after recognized rowkin and connected. I haven’t had any problems pairing both earbuds since. .
