if you have a working player to play the tape, and there are RCA output jacks on the player, it should work. As far as I know, most players also have S-video output (one that you connect with a round connector which has 5 pins and 1 small rectangular plastic inside), try use it (do not connect the yellow RCA connector) to get better quality video. One important thing before I forgot: check the capture perspective, choose between 16:9 or 4:3. try this first to make sure you have the video captured the best it should be. you can't change it once capture/conversion has started. after the video has been capture, there is a feature to burn DVD. I have not tried burning DVD, however, I prefer saving it as MPEG file that I can play on mobile devices. hope this help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. The way this device works is that transfers the video playing from your VCR to your computer. As long as you have VHS playpak to play the VHS-C in your VCR, it should work.
