Hello, thank you for the interest in our product. Our 18k BTU unit requires 230V/60Hz to operate. That is the same for our 24k BTU unit. Only our 12k BTU unit can operate on 115v/60Hz. All item required to install the mini-split system are included. Important to add, we do not provide mounting brackets of any type.
