It does not. You have to DL the App. And use the control on your phone. You can buy the control online. Think it’s like $35 give or take.

It comes with the drone, 3 batteries and their charger (each battery holds up to 13 minutes of life) and extra propellers NOT the remote control, that costs extra. It should work on your phone, just download the DJI app.
