Does this case get in the way when taking photos? null

Not if it's completely flipped. But if the clear piece is dirty then it will surely make for a blurry pic. I usually just hold both sides of the case instead

Yes and no. When folded fully back, the camera is still functional but the window dulls the image, or at least mine is always smudged. I do however like this case. It protects the phone well in the case and allows you not to use a screen protector. Really nice for pocket carrying.
