• A:Answer Hello, There are a couple different ways to turn on the Bluetooth connection on the keyboard. Please make sure that the keyboard is fully charged, then in order for you to activate the Bluetooth feature, you will need to press and hold onto the (FN) and (C) keys for upwards to 10 seconds. • A:Answer Hi, We do not recommended taking the keys off to clean them. Best way to clean is with an alcohol wipe and a air sprayer to remove any debris. Hope this helps! Support Team - SaharaCase

• A:Answer Charging cable is standard Type A USB to USB-C. This is a standard cable that should be readily available. No charger unit was supplied with the keyboard/case. You're on your own for that.
