How is touchscreen affected? null

My touchscreen was not affected at all. It’s like having a screen protector over the screen. Still works great and I’m able to do everything I did before.

The touch screen is affected. You have to push harder to make the contact thru the cover screen. Too much pressure required and the corners are impossible to just 'touch' /'tap'. You have to press vs tap. It's too bad the screen was like that. After becoming so frustrated with it, my husband popped out the protective screen altogether.
