A: Hello, to take apart the case you will have to take off the rubber part that goes around the case, there are 2 arrows that are on the sides of the case, you pull apart from there. Once you remove the rubber piece there are 2 plastic pieces, you take those apart and put your device in the plastic pieces and then put it all back together.
Q: How is touchscreen affected?
A: My touchscreen was not affected at all. It’s like having a screen protector over the screen. Still works great and I’m able to do everything I did before.
