Does this roll well on asphalt and concrete? null

yes. My husband uses it at the school where he wheels it from the parking lot onto the concert walkways.

Yes, very well :) I use it for work, so a lot, and roll it from my car on all kinds of hard surfaces and it's always a smooth roll.
