• I have a HP and previously owned a Dell Laptop. You might want to check with Dell most PC can be charged with the power cord using 110 or 220 volts. You just need an adapter for the wall connection. I even charged my iPhone without an adapter. The convertor is good for tooth brushes and over small appliances that are made more 110 volt only. These adapters are recommended for use of thirty minutes at a time. I have used another brand adapter that has failed after every trip and I always return it for a replacement adapter. I will be using the adapter that I purchase from Best Buy on my next trip out of the country.
