• During convection mode, yes, you can -- in 25-degree increments IIRC. Up to 400 degrees F.

• I can't set the temperature, or anything else for that matter, because mine stopped working after 45 days

• Hi Carolyn, the convection mode cooks food in the same way as in a traditional oven. The microwave mode is not used. You can set the temperature, as required, in a range varying from 100 °F to 400 °F in 8 preset levels. ^Rosi
