QuestionWhy has mine begun to turn back on, once it has stopped. I heat a food item for a couple of minutes, it's stops; but when I open the microwave to take my food out, as soon as the door is opened, the microwave turns back on; while the door is open. WTH.

Questionwhy it went quiet, i mean it doesn't beep any more. It should beep every time you press a button

QuestionTouch key panel is broken after 2 years and does anyone know where I could purchase one. Called Samsung support and they are not helpful and hung up on me and since their warranty covers for only one year, they are not willing to help and hung up on me.
