Over-the-Range Fingerprint Resistant Microwave -Stainless Steel - Stainless steel. The microwave was designed for over-the-range. There is no rubber footing for the microwave as it is intended to be over-the-range. There are functions that will not be utilized if installed as a countertop microwave. It would be recommended to purchase a countertop microwave.
